The run record
Every step between starting the agent and submitting the report is written down with a timestamp. Neither you nor we can edit it afterwards.
What goes into it
Environment fingerprint
Operating system and version, browser version, device model; for embedded work the firmware version, serial console speed and connection type.
Case timestamps
A start and end time for every case. Run one twice and both runs appear separately.
File digests
A digest is computed for every file you attach, which is how it can be shown not to have changed since.
Submission and acceptance
When the report was sent, seen, and accepted or rejected.
What stays out of it
The agent is not a monitoring tool. It writes only during a run, and only what belongs to the job. We would rather say the rest plainly:
- It does not scan your files or list directories
- It does not record windows outside the app under test
- It does not record keystrokes
- It writes nothing while it is closed
How long it is kept
The run record and its attachments are kept for twenty-four months from the acceptance of the job, which is the longest period disputes and accounting need. When it lapses the record and the files go together; only the job's summary — date, type, amount — stays in your earnings statement.

Once your application is approved you can walk a sample job's record end to end.
