When you accept each of these
If a document changes
- Terms of service
- apply the moment you start using the site; no account is needed.
- The tester agreement
- appears during sign-up, and no account is opened until it is accepted.
- The confidentiality undertaking
- is confirmed again every time you take a job. The moment you accept it — before a build opens — is written into your account's record.
- The client agreement
- binds only companies having software tested; it does not concern the tester side.
You are told by email before the change takes effect, and the date on this page is refreshed. Continuing to take work after that notice means you accept the new text. Anyone who wants an earlier version can ask through the contact page.
