Parties
These terms govern the relationship between BountyShift and the testers and client companies using the platform.
Nature of the service
BountyShift is matching, record-keeping and payment infrastructure. The content of a test and the assessment of the bugs found are the responsibility of the parties.
Tester obligations
The tester is responsible for the accuracy of the experience and environment they declare, for delivering a job they took within its deadline, and for the authenticity of the evidence they submit. Fabricated evidence is grounds for permanent account closure.
Client obligations
The client must state the cases and the required environment clearly, pay the advertised fee for accepted reports, and give a written reason when rejecting one.
Confidentiality
Testers are bound to confidentiality over the builds they test and everything they see in them. Builds and cases may not be shared with third parties.
Fees
No commission is taken from testers. The platform fee is charged to the client company on accepted jobs.
Disputes
Rejected reports may be disputed. A dispute is judged on the run record, and the decision is sent to both parties with its reasoning.
Changes
Changes to these terms are notified by email at least fifteen days before they take effect.
